6 DEI Lessons That Shaped My Year | S1, Ep 12

As 2022 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the lessons I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, and ALL that I’m going to bring forward into the new year. In this final episode of the first season of the Race in the Workplace podcast, I reflect on past episodes and the observations I’ve made in the DEI field that shaped my year. You’ll discover the importance of spending more time on adaptive work upfront and of understanding the difference between relationships and transactions, and the challenge of walking in courage. Tune in to find out which two sources of trauma I’ve identified to be the most significant in the workplace and how DEI can be more appropriately supported. Thank you for joining me on this journey!
